Mr Bawtree was a graduate of Oxford University, professor at Acadia University director of many art centres, including the Artistic Director at the Stafford Festival, Atlantic Theatre Festival, etc.

The sale will include the extensive art collection; bronze statues; many oriental carpets; Heintzmann baby grand piano; Indigenous carvings; collection of historical books; many lovely primitive pine pieces including tables, hutch, desks, blanket chests; early Scottish weight driven tall grandfathers clock; many floor lamps including his early hanging oil lamp; early child’s samplers; cast iron door stops; several horse drawn carriages figures; marble top furniture; fine linens; several fireside benches; cast iron pieces; scooter; unique old brass items; Christmas decorations; china and curio cabinets; marble horses; many paintings and prints; pottery; several early sofas; hall tables; coffee and end tables; oriental figurines; records; theatre posters; bedroom furniture; large wardrobe; antique chests of drawers; antique oak cased piano; antique brass bird cage; tools; snowshoes; and just so much more in this lovely old home.

There will be many things setup outside to be sold but there will be a $5/ person charge to view and purchase items in the house. all items will be priced plus 10% buyers premium and HST. Terms of payment are cash and debit.
